Opening ceremony of Primary School Teacher Training Course based on Employment Agreement under Bachelor Training System +1 at Battambang Vocational Institute

On the morning of Saturday, November 8, 2025, at Sakura Multipurpose Hall of Battambang Talent Institute, held the opening ceremony of the primary school teachers training course based on the employment contract under the bachelor training system +1 under the supervision of His Excellency Dr. Chea Ratha, Director of Battambang Institute of Talent (VKOP) with the invitation of the guests, Vice Principal, Mrs. Dr. Bandit, Deputy Director, Prithman, Board of Directors, Teachers as Primary Teachers. Learning about 579 employment contracts. Today's open session has a main purpose of welcoming the teachers to the Institute for one year vocational training and technical guidance on the training process as well as internal instructions, management structure of the Institute as an orientation to all the teachers. As a beginning, Mr. Hut Sinoun, the vice director of the institute briefly made a report on the training process and introduced the institute's management to the organization. Speaking on the occasion, H.E. Dr. Chea Ratha, Director of the Institute, congratulated with all the winning candidates and specially thanked to the teachers who value and choose the primary school teaching profession because it is not an easy profession. Meanwhile, H.E. Dr. mentioned the Institute's vision to transform WKOP into a center of excellence on teacher education in the 21st century, implementation of the Model Talent Academy standards, key measures of the Government of Cambodia on education, the factors that determine the quality of education, especially the character of the teacher-teacher which is the backbone of quality education and make a significant contribution to reforming the school level, especially turning its schools into a model school. Director of the Institute mentioned the implementation of the Cambodia Teachers Professional Standards which focuses on Professional Knowledge, Professional Implementation, Professional Learning and Professional Ethics, which requires all teachers to fulfill these capacities, while further learning on the use of Education Technology (EdTech), Artificial Intelligence (AI) Supported Learning-Teaching, referring to improving students' academic performance Anu student. Once again, H.E. Director of the Institute would like to congratulate the 579 teachers who have been selected for training in WKOB and bless the board of teachers and the announcement of opening of Primary School Teacher Training Course based on the Bachelor Training System Employment Agreement +1 from now on.
