Position Title:
Junior Consultant – Climate Change Education Materials Coordination
Contract Duration:
01 November – 31 December 2025
Location:
Battambang, Cambodia
Battambang Teacher Education College (BTEC), in collaboration with UNESCO Phnom Penh and the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS), is recruiting a qualified Junior Consultant to support the development and implementation of a Climate Change Education (CCE) instructional package, a PRESET module, and a CPD course under the Climate Smart Education Systems Initiative (CSESI).
🔍Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics and communication for consultative workshops, training sessions, and pilot testing
- Support workshop planning, registration, and on-site administration
- Document key discussions, decisions, and feedback during events
- Compile workshop reports, attendance records, and financial documentation
- Liaise with BTEC, UNESCO, and TWG to ensure smooth implementation
🎓Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in event organization, logistics, or administrative support
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online meeting platforms
- Fluency in Khmer and working knowledge of English
💼Salary and Conditions:
- Remuneration based on deliverables and working days, subject to approval by BTEC and UNESCO
- Monthly payments subject to deliverable clearance by BTEC and UNESCO
